Talking to Claude.ai (Anthropic) vs ChatGPT feels like talking to two different personas. The underlying foundation model, fine tuning, and learning guidance (notably, Constitution AI in the case of Anthropic) really shows. Claude feels like a measured college professor, while ChatGPT can feel like a really sharp but not quite street-smart friend.

We are coming a full 180 degree from the age of conspicuously de-personified tech (ala Google Search) to one that embraces human-like elements built on a brand promise. Interop between AI agents, and users being able to hire a “team” of AI agents will become more important as no one hashtag#AI can do it all.
